Bulk order questions

Who can use the bulk discount?
Anyone ordering at least 10 copies. This includes sixth forms, schools, parent groups, book clubs, employers and groups of friends.
Is VAT added?
Printed books are zero-rated for UK VAT, so no VAT is added to the book order. Your order summary shows VAT: £0.00.
Can a school or organisation request an invoice?
Yes. Choose “Request an invoice / use a purchase order” on the order form and add a purchase order reference if your finance team needs one. Invoice requests are reviewed before the order is confirmed.
How long will delivery take?
Standard UK delivery is included in the bulk price, and we deliver to UK addresses only. The Bulk Order Terms do not state a fixed dispatch window: your delivery date or estimated window is confirmed after the order is placed. If you need books for a fixed event date, contact us before payment so we can confirm timings.
What happens if books arrive damaged or the order is incorrect?
The Bulk Order Terms apply. Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrectly supplied copies; contact us within 14 days of delivery with details and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
Can I order 150 copies or more?
Yes. Large orders require a written quotation so that delivery and fulfilment can be confirmed before any payment is taken.
