Bulk order terms

These terms apply to bulk orders of University, Maybe? placed through this website. They are the current terms in force and may be updated before final launch; the version published at the time you place an order will apply.

Who can order

Bulk orders are open to schools, sixth forms, colleges, parent groups, and groups of friends buying together. You do not need to be an institution. One person places the order, agrees the quantity, and provides a single UK delivery address.

Pricing and discount ladder

Bulk pricing is based on the paperback edition of University, Maybe?, with a retail reference price of £13.99 per copy plus delivery. Volume discounts apply as follows:

  • 10–19 copies: 15% discount
  • 20–39 copies: 20% discount
  • 40–74 copies: 25% discount
  • 75–149 copies: 30% discount
  • 150 copies or more: written quote required

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price confirmed at checkout, or in a written quote, is the price you will pay.

Quotes for large orders

Orders of 150 copies or more require a written quote. Submitting a quote request does not commit you to buying. No payment is taken until you approve the quote in writing.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard UK delivery is included in the quoted bulk price. A delivery date or estimated window will be confirmed after the order is placed. If you need books for a fixed event date, contact us before payment so we can confirm timings.

Payment

You can pay securely by card at checkout, or request an invoice / purchase order if your school, college or group needs one. Invoice requests are reviewed before the order is confirmed. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Order process

  1. Use the calculator to choose your quantity and see the discounted unit price.
  2. Complete the order form with accurate billing and delivery details.
  3. Choose card payment, invoice request, or quote request (150+ copies).
  4. We confirm your order, delivery address, and expected dispatch date.

Cancellation, returns and defects

You may cancel a bulk order before the books are dispatched. Once dispatched, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly supplied copies. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with details and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
